What you will do

• Assist in developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in workplace inspections and safety audits to identify risks.
• Support the planning and delivery of safety training sessions.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for OSHA compliance.
• Assist in incident investigations and corrective action planning.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule onsite in Needham, MA.
• Strong understanding of core EHS principles and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
