Operations Manager

Salary: $96,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse, customer service, sales, HR, IT, and facilities operations for the Washington branch.
• Supervise branch departments and maintain consistently high customer service standards.
• Manage standards for the grounds and operations of a 1-million-square-foot distribution center.
• Support recruitment, employee retention, and employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or general management.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.
• Ability to work on-site at the Washington branch in Lacey, Washington.
