Third-Party Logistics Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, Minnesota, United States, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Salary: $28.00, based on experience.

What you will do

• Manage inventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics for third-party logistics partners.
• Monitor open orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities using warehouse management systems.
• Resolve shipment exceptions, including delayed LTL shipments and uncovered truckloads.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned 3PL locations and collaborate with Customer Service and warehouse teams.
• Review and approve 3PL invoices, process claims, and maintain accurate records through data entry and reporting.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives across distribution operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or transportation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience managing vendor or third-party service performance.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics operations.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
