What you will do

• Design the UX for an AI-powered financial research web platform, making complex data and workflows context-aware and trustworthy.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to turn requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Iterate designs using feedback, user data, and technical constraints while balancing usability, clarity, and feasibility.
• Maintain and evolve the design system (components, patterns, and documentation) for consistency and scalability.
• Use AI tools to increase design velocity and exploration without replacing critical thinking.
• Apply user-centered design principles across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing your design process and strong visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience maintaining design systems, including components, patterns, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and commitment to inclusive, usable interfaces.
• Web experience is required (mobile app is planned).
