What you will do

• Mentor and develop the UI/UX design team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead the AI design practice by identifying workflow acceleration opportunities and building necessary infrastructure.
• Own the evolution of the design system while integrating AI-generation guardrails for brand consistency.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, utilizing AI tools for data synthesis.
• Collaborate with product, development, and brand teams to align on strategic objectives.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cottonwood Heights, Utah
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience mentoring and managing design teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI-powered design tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, and accessibility guidelines.
• 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Significant e-commerce and UX research experience.
• Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Airline industry knowledge and a passion for travel.
