Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 base

What you will do
- Manage a book of business for advisors and sponsors to ensure administrative and servicing needs are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and act as the voice of the client internally.
- Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and email inquiries with detailed and timely responses.
- Provide data-driven insights to product teams to improve the platform roadmap.
- Host or moderate webinars to guide sponsors through registration and portal usage.
- Document client account updates and escalate complex issues to Legal and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and basic calculations.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume inquiry environment.
- Commitment to superior customer service and a proactive attitude.
Nice to have
- Retirement industry experience.
- Certifications: Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66.
- QKS, QKA, QKC certifications.
