What you will do

• Own the top-of-funnel for engineering and science searches end-to-end, including market mapping and channel development.
• Conduct personalized, content-led outreach to engage passive candidates in niche technical fields.
• Qualify candidates through initial screens and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain long-term talent infrastructure, including nurture sequences and clean tracking systems.
• Experiment with AI-native sourcing tools to optimize funnel performance and find alpha.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience on genuinely hard searches like niche engineering or research profiles.
• Proven ability to conduct research beyond LinkedIn using GitHub, papers, patents, and conference talks.
• Demonstrable success in writing outreach messages that convert.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose and fix funnel bottlenecks.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week.
• Ability to prioritize workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
