Salary: $99,000–$132,000 (Total annual cash compensation including target bonus)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Proactively source and nurture talent through creative outbound strategies.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define profiles and drive hiring decisions.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Establish recruiting operations, metrics, and scalable hiring processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agency recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
• Must be able to work from the Menlo Park office 5 days per week.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong hunter mentality with expertise in proactive sourcing and pipeline building.
• Experience using ATS platforms and modern recruiting technologies.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with the hourly workforce or staffing industries.
• Prior experience helping build or scale a recruiting function from scratch.
