What you will do

• Partner with the FP&A team to deliver data-driven insights and support strategic business initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain financial forecasting and budgeting models across multiple ERP platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions and BI services.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights across business functions.
• Monitor and optimize data system performance to address bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with BI teams to architect and improve data sources for scalability and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data or analytical roles.
• Experience with enterprise data visualization tools such as Tableau, MS Power BI, or SAP BO.
• Experience as an administrator for finance planning tools (e.g., Planful, Onestream, Oracle Cloud EPM).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial hierarchies.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US with unrestricted work authorization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI technologies.
• Experience developing SaaS-based metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for managing enterprise data sources.
• Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and SAP Business Objects.
