TL;DR

Manager/Director People Analytics (HRIS): Developing analytics products and delivering high-quality analysis to support strategic talent decisions and organizational effectiveness with an accent on predictive modeling and HR data expertise. Focus on translating business questions into analytical solutions and applying advanced statistical and machine learning methods to improve the employee experience.

Location: Full-time in Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 1 day per week remote)

Salary: $92,000–$142,500

What you will do

  • Analyze complex people data to uncover trends and actionable insights for strategic talent decisions.
  • Build predictive tools, dashboards, and automated reporting to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to build data fluency across the organization.
  • Develop scalable analytical solutions using SQL, Python/R, and cloud-based BI tools.
  • Ensure the ethical and responsible use of people data by applying privacy and governance standards.
  • Collaborate across HR domains including workforce planning, hiring, retention, and leadership effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related business discipline (Required for Director, strongly preferred for Manager).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Manager level; 6+ years for Director level.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SaaS analytical tools.
  • Strong skills in inferential statistics (correlation, regression) and the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, I-O Psychology, or Computer Science.
  • Experience with OneModel and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling.
  • Practical experience applying GenAI and AI-assisted tools for automation and monitoring.
