What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit such as Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Define critical business problems and determine which metrics and data will inform the most impactful decisions.
• Build reports, run complex analyses, and design experiments to move key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations to drive business outcomes.
• Translate data findings into persuasive recommendations and influence decisions at the leadership level.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull and interpret data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for stakeholder management and leadership influence.
