TL;DR

Sr. Product Analytics Manager (Medtech): Driving data-driven decision-making for product pods to shape strategy and roadmaps with an accent on product metrics and experimentation. Focus on modeling impact of new features, designing A/B tests, and optimizing the provider experience to balance the marketplace.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $190,825 – $213,275

What you will do

  • Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Finance, and Clinical teams to generate insights that shape the product roadmap.
  • Translate broad business questions into actionable research and discovery plans.
  • Model the impact of new features and determine success criteria.
  • Design, deploy, and interpret A/B tests to evaluate new launches.
  • Perform proactive data exploration to identify growth opportunities and improve provider experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science roles.
  • 2+ years of experience specifically focusing on product analytics.
  • Deep understanding of product metrics such as conversion, churn, engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • Advanced technical expertise with dbt, Airflow, and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with Python or R for analytics and working with event-based data.
