What you will do
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers across target industries.
- Conduct discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Guide prospects through the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or FinTech.
- Proven track record of generating a pipeline through outbound activities.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
