What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from sourcing new opportunities to closing deals.
  • Generate leads via outbound cold calls, inbound marketing leads, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in the HR & Wellbeing space to engage high-level prospects.
  • Tailor proposals and sales strategies based on client needs and existing price matrices.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track daily KPIs and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Corporate Sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional in-person presentation abilities.
  • Experience working with Kommo CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Dubai (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Background in the wellness industry, HR solutions, employee benefits, insurance, or SaaS.
