What you will do
- Close new sales to accelerate business growth in new or under-penetrated markets.
- Prospect and qualify new leads via MQLs, outbound calls, emails, and social media including LinkedIn.
- Maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3X the sales target using MEDDPICC and BANT frameworks.
- Deliver tailored product presentations that highlight value and impact to potential clients.
- Manage accurate deal forecasting and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BDMs, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and lead generation.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Insight Selling, Challenger Sale, and SPIN.
- Local presence in the United Arab Emirates and willingness to travel to client sites.
