We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Female Business Development Executive to join a growing team in Dubai!

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 10000 + Annual Benefits
🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years
🌍 Industry: B2B / Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate and develop new business opportunities
✔ Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
✔ Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
✔ Conduct presentations, negotiations, and client meetings
✔ Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
✔ Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Requirements:
▪ Strong experience in B2B sales / business development
▪ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
▪ UAE market experience preferred
▪ CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
▪ Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
▪ Female candidates preferred
