What you will do

• Lead the design and development of multi-modal technical learning programs (instructor-led, self-paced, blended) for the Sunnyvale hub.
• Translate complex AI infrastructure and GPU computing concepts into high-quality learning materials for technical and cross-functional audiences.
• Conduct rigorous needs analyses with technical leaders and SMEs to build structured learning strategies with defined success metrics.
• Manage the entire program lifecycle from scoping through evaluation without close supervision.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders and technical stakeholders to align learning strategy with business priorities.
• Contribute to the broader Technical Development pillar by sharing expertise and helping shape the function's practice.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience designing learning programs for technical or highly specialized subject matter (AI/ML or engineering-heavy environments preferred).
• Ability to learn technical subject matter quickly and translate it into credible learning content.
• Proficiency with standard L&D tools, including LMS platforms and authoring tools like Articulate or Rise.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale to serve the local engineering and product hub.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or GPU computing.
• Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments with ambiguous scope.
• Ability to demonstrate AI-enabled L&D workflows in stakeholder analysis and content creation.
