What you will do

• Own delivery of customer projects end-to-end, from scoping to launch, across various sizes and urgency levels
• Act as a mini-PM: clarify requirements, define scope, and drive execution across stakeholders
• Build customer-specific solutions in Python and React using hirify.global’ APIs and internal systems
• Develop creative solutions combining APIs with flexible workflows and lightweight tooling
• Operate in a forward-deployed engineering capacity, investigating customer environments and resolving issues
• Communicate clearly on priorities, timelines, risks, and customer impact

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience with Python in production workflows and internal tools
• Strong systems thinking including data flows, integrations, edge cases, and failure modes
• Comfort working across APIs, data, and operational tooling to deliver reliable customer-facing functionality
• Ability to scope and drive delivery end-to-end in ambiguous contexts
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and client-facing experience

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and Github
• Experience debugging production issues and working in live customer environments
• Prior customer-facing technical experience and exposure to forward-deployed engineering
• Knowledge of CRMs/ERPs/Datawarehouses like Salesforce, Quickbooks, Snowflake
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and familiarity with finance, accounting, or B2B operations workflows
