What you will do

• Embed directly with clients to translate ambiguous operational challenges into concrete technical AI architectures and high-impact solutions.
• Train and deploy custom AI agents to prevent fraud and automate complex fincrime workflows.
• Optimize AI agent performance through advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and rigorous evaluation frameworks.
• Establish and evolve AI risk metrics, supporting datasets, and evaluation pipelines to measure causal impact.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to scale custom models into production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied AI.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data manipulation, pipeline building, and model integration.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven ability to own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from scoping client requirements to final product delivery.
