What you will do

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies for LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Design performance evaluation methods to iterate on content and messaging.
• Translate complex blockchain and regulatory topics into compelling, accessible social copy.
• React quickly to industry news to identify engagement opportunities for the brand.
• Track channel performance and refine approaches based on data-driven insights.
• Grow the visibility of company executives through thoughtful social storytelling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for B2B technology, media, or financial brands.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and associated technologies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt output across platforms.
• Proven track record of building social media strategies that increase engagement.
• Comfort using analytics to evaluate performance and guide messaging decisions.
• Strong instinct for creating authentic voices that earn attention online.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, financial crime, and regulatory subject matters.
• Experience working cross-functionally with writers, designers, and senior stakeholders.
