Senior Solutions Engineering Manager (SaaS): Leading and scaling a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers in the Eastern US region with an accent on pre-sales strategy, technical mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in the NYC, Boston, Charlotte, or Atlanta metro areas.

Salary: $270,000–$285,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to execute a strategic GTM plan for the Eastern US region.
  • Provide technical leadership in customer meetings, including presentations, solution designs, and POVs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for pre-sales technical issues and provide executive sponsorship.
  • Foster an inclusive culture of coaching, learning, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the NYC, Boston, Charlotte, or Atlanta metro areas.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Strong technical background in automation, security, and integration technologies.
  • Prior hands-on experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales.
  • Proven ability to nurture and develop highly skilled technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineering leader.
  • Track record in building organizations and hiring top talent.
  • Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer within the enterprise software industry.
