Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the Enterprise West Solutions Engineering team, reinforcing sales methodology and best practices.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to SEs on pre-sales techniques for securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Assess and develop the technical capabilities of team members to ensure effective pre-sales performance.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support sales campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver sales presentations and support Proof of Value events for enterprise customers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for the team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Western United States.
- Proven track record of leading a technical pre-sales region at a software company.
- Experience in executing land-and-expand sales plays and driving revenue targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and leadership teams.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales leadership.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
