Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the Enterprise West Solutions Engineering team, reinforcing sales methodology and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to SEs on pre-sales techniques for securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Assess and develop the technical capabilities of team members to ensure effective pre-sales performance.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support sales campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver sales presentations and support Proof of Value events for enterprise customers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Western United States.
  • Proven track record of leading a technical pre-sales region at a software company.
  • Experience in executing land-and-expand sales plays and driving revenue targets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and leadership teams.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales leadership.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

  • Background in selling Security and/or DevOps solutions.
