Salary: $206,550 – $243,000

What you will do
- Lead a team of engineers to build, scale, and maintain high-impact consumer-facing applications.
- Apply deep full-stack expertise to ensure technical excellence across all platforms.
- Drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple technical initiatives.
- Hire and develop high-performing engineers while shaping the overall engineering culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineers.
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in a hyper-growth company.
- Experience leading and using AI-Native software delivery workflows and tools.
- Experience building 0→1 product teams or launching B2B integrations in healthtech.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
- Strong operational discipline regarding metrics, retrospectives, and postmortems.
