What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year partner strategy focused on net-new customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to manage relationships with resellers, GSIs, and hyperscalers.
• Own partner-led revenue targets, pipeline creation, and conversion of new opportunities.
• Engage at the C-level with strategic partners to align on growth ambitions and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Use data-driven insights to manage performance, forecasting, and ROI of partner programs.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Channel, Alliances, or Partner Leadership roles within enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of building partner ecosystems that deliver net-new customer acquisition.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in GTM strategy, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a growth mindset.
