What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to align partners and account teams on growth strategy.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities via partners and distributors to drive revenue.
• Generate brand awareness and demand in the assigned territory using hirify.global and partner resources.
• Deliver the company's strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects, and partners.
• Maintain sales forecasting accuracy, linearity, and operational hygiene.
• Drive net new business and consistently exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

• Located within assigned territory (Melbourne) with the ability to travel to local customers and partners.
• 3+ years of field technology sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition and business development.
• Strong understanding of the partner landscape in the specific territory.
• Broad exposure to data storage and cloud technologies/concepts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
