Regional Sales Director - North West (SaaS/Cybersecurity): Drive enterprise SaaS sales across the North West region of the US, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to quote-to-cash with an accent on multi-stakeholder, high-value deals and pipeline/forecast accuracy. Focus on building named-account growth, managing partner engagement, and delivering quota against complex cybersecurity and threat intelligence solutions.
Location: Remote (qualified candidates must be located in the North West region)
Salary: $127,000 – $165,000 base; OTE: $254,000 – $330,000

What you will do
- Attain annual quota and quarterly targets by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise named accounts.
- Manage prospective customer relationships across the full sales cycle and develop enterprise relationships in the North West region.
- Build and execute regional pipeline growth strategies, leveraging internal/external resources to grow pipeline to 4x bookings goals or more.
- Partner with Focus Partners and coordinate field events and customer meetings to cultivate prospect and customer accounts.
- Maintain CRM and forecasting accuracy, ensuring timely and correct updates to support pipeline and forecast reporting.
- Own quote-to-cash execution by ensuring bookings are clean and complete and managing smooth transitions from quote to cash.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in the North West region of the US.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS/subscription solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS solutions (or security infrastructure products).
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot preferred; Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav; ChatGPT/other AI).
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, SASE, and Zero Trust.
- Experience selling Threat Intelligence solutions.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 accounts in the region.
