Salary: $170,000–$210,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as the primary sales operations partner to AMER Enterprise and Channel/MSP leadership.
- Own the forecasting process, including pipeline reviews and executive-level reporting.
- Lead capacity and headcount planning to model coverage needs and rep productivity.
- Design quotas and compensation strategies aligned with company targets and selling behaviors.
- Operationalize and enforce MSP/MSSP Rules of Engagement and co-sell workflows.
- Partner with RevOps Systems teams to ensure Salesforce workflows and reporting infrastructure are accurate.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Deep fluency in Salesforce, including opportunity management and territory logic.
- Proven experience supporting Enterprise sales teams and complex-cycle selling environments.
- Strong background in partner, channel, or MSP/MSSP sales operations and co-sell models.
- Expertise in quota design, capacity planning, and territory optimization.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of up to 30% travel.
Nice to have
- Experience with Gong, DealHub, Everstage, and ZoomInfo.
- Track record of working directly with senior sales leadership as a strategic partner.
