What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and ensure the team achieves revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and active performance management.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent.

Requirements

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and revenue forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Must be a U.S. candidate (verified via E-Verify).
