What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
- Drive pipeline growth and ensure the team achieves revenue goals.
- Provide deal support, sales coaching, and active performance management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
- 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and revenue forecasting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
- Must be a U.S. candidate (verified via E-Verify).
