What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification assessments.
• Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and report on hiring metrics.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in end-to-end talent sourcing and in-house recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across Product, Tech, and Business functions.
• Strong data analysis skills to measure and improve hiring impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse, international startup environment.
• Proficiency with ATS tools and maintaining data accuracy.
