Location: On-site in Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB). Must have active TS/SCI clearance to start.

What you will do

• Manage large, complex technical and scientific programs with responsibility for revenue and profit.
• Lead a team of Project Managers through all program phases from concept to closeout.
• Act as the primary liaison between program sponsors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth and new technology acquisition.
• Ensure the successful integration of all program segments and services.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (required to start).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be an employee of the prime contractor.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the SOF Enterprise and managing personnel across multiple SOF commands.
• Experience with OCONUS placements (e.g., Germany, Korea, Hawaii) and associated regulations such as SPOT, ECOPS, and DOCPER.
• Knowledge of USSOCOM security procedures for collateral and SCI clearances.
