What you will do
- Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Scientific Solutions Partners while setting clear performance expectations.
- Personally lead technical discovery and design solution architectures for strategic flagship accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through technical solutioning, RFP response, and closing.
- Foster a culture of scientific depth, customer obsession, and accountability aligned with The Tetra Way.
- Partner with Delivery Management to ensure smooth handoff and continuity of scientific context across accounts.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and contribute market insights to product and science teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of combined scientific, technical, and commercial experience in life sciences software or laboratory informatics.
- Advanced degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline (MS or PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of personally owning and closing enterprise deals while leading teams.
- Deep familiarity with laboratory workflows, data harmonization, and scientific data concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Ability to travel approximately 30% to client sites within the assigned region.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Force Management.
- Direct experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO/CDMO environments.
