What you will do
- Partner with the CPO to execute strategic and commercial plans to drive recurring revenue growth and profitability.
- Build data-driven business cases with clear cost, revenue, and margin projections.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying performance improvements through domain insight in drug discovery.
- Lead complex deal cycles and guide stakeholders toward value-based outcomes rather than feature-based selling.
- Orchestrate cross-functional internal teams, including Solution Consulting and Product SMEs, to deliver customer objectives.
- Identify and win new customers within a defined territory using insight and demonstrated value from existing accounts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales or strategic account management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience working with pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations.
- Deep understanding of drug discovery and pre-clinical development workflows and regulatory contexts.
- Expertise in strategic account planning and navigating enterprise-level decision cycles.
- Bachelorβs degree in a scientific discipline (required).
- Location: Must be based in Germany.
