Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii). Role is remote-friendly with potential hybrid requirements for Nashville or Milwaukee-based employees.
Compensation: $310,000 – $340,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do
- Achieve annual sales targets for cloud technology services including AWS and Cybersecurity.
- Coach and mentor a team of approximately 7 solution sellers to drive high performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for cloud migration and data platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key executive stakeholders in target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, presales, and delivery to ensure a value-driven approach.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Extensive enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record in AWS cloud solutions.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management roles.
- Deep understanding of IaaS, SaaS, cloud migration, and AI services.
- Expertise in structured sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-35% of the time.
