What you will do

• Develop and execute the healthcare go-to-market strategy to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across hospitals, health authorities, and academic medical centers.
• Lead executive discovery workshops to understand operational challenges and workforce priorities.
• Shape tailored AI and VR solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Navigate complex buying committees and close strategic enterprise-level deals.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities from the ground up.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven track record of developing new business and securing enterprise-level contracts.
• Experience selling complex technology, software, or transformation services into healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while shaping strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Health, AI, VR/XR, or healthcare simulation technologies.
• Existing relationships with health authorities, hospitals, or Ministries of Health.
• Background in professional services or enterprise SaaS.
