TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Leading the technical and strategic pre-sales process for a patient engagement platform with an accent on discovery workshops, ROI modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building the solutions consulting function from the ground up, bridging the gap between market needs and product development, and driving enterprise deals in the life sciences sector.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This is an office-first role requiring in-person collaboration 4 days per week.

Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 + variable compensation + equity.

hirify.global is a NYC-based technology company developing patient experience solutions for the life sciences industry to improve outcomes for patients with chronic and rare diseases.

What you will do

  • Run discovery workshops and needs assessments to map complex patient journeys and technical constraints.
  • Lead product demonstrations and build business cases that model platform ROI for prospective clients.
  • Act as a bridge between the market and the product team to inform feature development based on client feedback.
  • Define and build the solutions consulting function, including playbooks, templates, and operational standards.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Solutions teams to scope ambitious and accurate solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, enterprise SaaS account management, pre-sales value engineering, or solutions consulting.
  • Technical depth in CRM architecture, data storage, data pipelines, and API configurations.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups.
  • Analytical rigor and extreme attention to detail in scoping and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry conferences.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
