What you will do

• Partner with customer-facing teams to articulate the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagement with customers during the evaluation phase to resolve issues and concerns.
• Deliver deep-dive product and technical briefings and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate customer feedback in the CRM to help shape the product roadmap.
• Engage with the Product Council to provide guidance based on direct customer interactions.
• Assist the Product Team with certifications and new release training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ABA either on the Clinical or Practice Management side.
• Strong knowledge of current EHR and Practice Management solutions and technologies.
• Ability to utilize Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United States.
