TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (Fintech): Partnering with sales teams to drive multi-product adoption of compliance solutions with an accent on discovery, solution positioning, and deal strategy. Focus on increasing average selling price and accelerating seller proficiency through targeted enablement and live deal support.

Location: Remote (US)

Compensation: $225,400 – $360,800 OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with sales teams to lead multi-product adoption of ECM, ATR, and AP solutions.
  • Engage early in sales cycles to identify attach opportunities and prevent under-scoping.
  • Influence deal strategy, solution packaging, and positioning to increase average selling price.
  • Provide live deal support, coaching, and reinforcement of product talk tracks.
  • Identify patterns in seller execution and address gaps through targeted enablement.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align execution with product strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a top-performing Sales Executive or overlay consultant.
  • Experience with sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Working knowledge of sales and use tax concepts, exemption certificates, or tax research.
  • Ability to conduct discovery conversations and translate product capabilities into value.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling or supporting ECM, ATR, or AP compliance solutions.
  • Experience applying AI technologies to business challenges and workflows.
