Location: Remote, United States; supporting the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM).

On-target earnings: $160,000–$215,000.

What you will do

• Act as a hirify.global platform and solutions expert supporting the Sales team throughout the presales cycle.
• Create tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and technical deliverables focused on AI-powered search, merchandising, and recommendations.
• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, client discovery, product demos, RFPs, proofs of concept, and complex technical sales processes.
• Qualify, design, and demonstrate solutions for ecommerce site search, category merchandising, product recommendations, and combined platform use cases.
• Own proofs of concept and site assessments, including success criteria, product-feed validation, demo-environment builds, and results readouts.
• Conduct scoping meetings, create technical implementation plans, map catalog and data requirements to platform capabilities, and educate clients and partners on Loomi AI and related applications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant presales experience, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce.
• Experience in technical sales involving SaaS, ecommerce search, merchandising, or ecommerce platforms, with the ability to drive complex technical sales processes.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and AI, search relevance, merchandising, recommendations, and analytics.
• Comfort presenting technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Industry experience in retail, ecommerce, marketplaces, or D2C brands.
• Development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Some proficiency with APIs and integrations, and ability to work closely with client IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, solution-design, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

Nice to have

• Expertise with frontend programming languages, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and product catalog and feed formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Experience with ecommerce site search, merchandising, and recommendations, including relevance tuning, category ranking, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and headless commerce architectures such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Adobe Commerce.
