What you will do
- Support the Sales team in a pre-sales capacity as a product expert.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations for prospects and customers.
- Develop account strategies and assist with client discovery and product demos.
- Act as an industry expert for partners and customers.
- Create technical implementation plans based on client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest features of the Engagement platform.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Presales, preferably in SaaS or marketing.
- Experience in technical sales and understanding of Machine Learning and AI.
- Development experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Industry experience in retail, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
