Senior UX Designer (Cybersecurity)

Senior UX Designer (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Designing and owning end-to-end product experiences for a cybersecurity rating platform with an accent on intuitive interfaces, accessibility, and AI-powered product experiences. Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Own product design end-to-end, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and production-ready handoff.
• Build and maintain a consistent component library and design system to accelerate design and engineering velocity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate ambiguous briefs into defensible design solutions.
• Integrate UX research into the workflow by running usability tests and synthesizing behavioral analytics via Fullstory and Pendo.
• Implement accessibility-first design as a default standard, ensuring full WCAG 2.2 compliance.
• Utilize AI-native tooling, such as Figma AI and Claude, to compress design cycles without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex software features.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Strong fluency in Figma and modern design tooling, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating usability testing and product analytics into the design process.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
• Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship available.
