What you will do

• Plan, structure, and steer agile development engagements from start to finish, including user stories, effort estimation, stakeholder goals, and KPI tracking.
• Translate ideas and engineering challenges into technical solutions, product visions, PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Control budgets, margins, progress, invoicing, scope, and pricing throughout each engagement.
• Validate rapid prototypes and guide successful solutions into stable, real-world production systems.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, motivate teams, and involve stakeholders in technical and product decisions.
• Support go-to-market activities and the development of long-term industry partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, management and technology, interaction design, human factors engineering, business administration with a technology focus, or a comparable field.
• Initial professional experience in end-to-end project management or hands-on automotive, industrial IoT, embedded hardware, or embedded software engineering.
• Initial experience with agile development, testing, integration, and release processes in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Active and effective use of AI tools in development and daily work, with an interest in experimenting with new technologies.
• Strong analytical and research skills, structured independent work, and the ability to adapt between pragmatic and detail-oriented execution.
• Business fluency in German and English is required.
