Senior Delivery Manager (m/f/d) - Industrial IoT

What you will do

• Analyze ideas, challenges, and product landscapes with engineering and research teams, translating them into PoCs, prototypes, MVPs, and product visions.
• Plan and structure agile delivery, including design sprints, iterative development, user stories, estimation, KPIs, and progress tracking.
• Manage budgets, margins, invoicing, scope, pricing, and end-to-end engagement controlling.
• Validate rapid-cycle prototypes and guide their transition into stable production systems through testing, integration, and release processes.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, align diverse stakeholders, and support technical and product decisions.
• Manage existing accounts, build long-term relationships, and initiate new go-to-market engagements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant project or product management experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Hands-on development experience in engineering and a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, interaction design, human factors engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong experience with agile development processes, rapid prototyping, production transitions, testing, integration, and releases.
• Active and effective use of AI tools in development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
