What you will do
- Source and qualify leads, converting them into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO).
- Manage a list of leads to create new opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses.
- Form trusted relationships with Sales and BDR Management, the wider Sales team, Marketing, and peers.
- Work leads in the CRM quickly and efficiently, focusing on phone conversations.
- Achieve a monthly SQO target, with commission based on accepted SQOs.

- Experience in a professional environment with constant prospect and customer contact, ideally in sales.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, Cognism, etc.
- Understanding of best practice structures and processes for Business Development Teams.
