What you will do

• Lead technical deployments and ensure successful onboarding of the hirify.global platform for new customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing technical issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term strategic relationships by gathering feedback and leading roadmap discussions.
• Partner with sales teams to support renewals and expansion by aligning technical planning with business goals.
• Proactively guide feature adoption and surface key security insights to ensure customers realize full platform value.
• Advocate for customer needs cross-functionally with Product Management and Technical Support teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management or Solution Architecture within SaaS.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and managing cloud deployments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives.
