What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption and value realization of AI-driven CX platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and DevOps specialists to resolve technical issues and provide insights into customer business needs.
- Identify and recommend new AI and orchestration use cases to improve key customer experience metrics.
- Deliver training materials and present technical strategies to various management levels.
- Ensure platform stability and mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and strategic planning.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical features and solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions roles within Enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures.
- Ability to interpret data, drive insights, and manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
- Professionalism and experience in managing and growing complex customer relationships.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Foundations or AWS Practitioner) are highly preferred.
