TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (CST time zone)

Compensation: $125,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding experiences to ensure customer requirements are met within specified timelines.
  • Translate technical customer needs into internal feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate business reviews to evaluate performance and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align customer needs with platform use cases.
  • Proactively identify risks to customer goals and drive comprehensive mitigation plans.
  • Develop renewal strategies and communicate value to stakeholders, including management and C-Suite.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must be based in the CST time zone.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
  • Strong understanding of how APIs function.
  • Ability to uncover customer problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams.
