Location: Must be based in the United States (CST time zone)
Compensation: $125,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead onboarding experiences to ensure customer requirements are met within specified timelines.
- Translate technical customer needs into internal feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate business reviews to evaluate performance and identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align customer needs with platform use cases.
- Proactively identify risks to customer goals and drive comprehensive mitigation plans.
- Develop renewal strategies and communicate value to stakeholders, including management and C-Suite.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must be based in the CST time zone.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles.
- Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
- Strong understanding of how APIs function.
- Ability to uncover customer problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams.
