TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of 150 commercial real estate client accounts with an accent on retention, adoption, and growth. Focus on building strong client relationships, driving product value realization, and collaborating with Sales Executives to achieve shared bookings targets.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred). Occasional travel (25% or less) is required.

Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 USD (OTE).

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 existing commercial real estate client accounts.
  • Drive product adoption through onboarding support, education, and proactive engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with asset managers, operators, and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales Executives.
  • Monitor account health using CRM tools to mitigate risks and ensure retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with availability for occasional travel.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in retention and revenue accountability.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a high-accountability, team-based 2:1 structure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
