TL;DR

What you will do

  • Guide enterprise customers through the onboarding process to ensure prompt achievement of committed usage levels.
  • Lead personalized training sessions and create technical resources to empower users.
  • Design and execute Mutual Activity Plans to track project milestones and value realization.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders to understand their goals and advocate for them internally.
  • Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate the technical benefits and ROI of the platform.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Foundational knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and observability platforms.
  • Hands-on experience or academic background in programming (Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL).
  • Strong interest or initial experience in technical customer-facing roles like Technical Support or Solutions Engineering.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and export compliance assessment.
