Location: Must be based in the DC/Baltimore/Virginia region and meet U.S. person requirements (ITAR/EAR)

Salary: $207,900 — $229,600 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of regionally focused Solutions Engineers.
  • Partner with sales directors to drive technical strategy and operational efficiency within the Public Sector.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers regarding cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Drive team accountability for deal management and technical sales processes in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with product groups to ensure customer needs are met and platform value is maximized.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected person) as defined by EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15.
  • Must reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven experience in cloud security and hands-on work with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong background in network engineering, operating systems, and container technology.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments, cloud identity, and access management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools or cloud infrastructure security.
  • Technical SaaS selling experience.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code.
