What you will do

  • Manage expense forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly variance analysis.
  • Act as a finance business partner to several areas of the business to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Develop and improve reporting packages to help business leaders understand the financial impact of their organization.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
  • Analyze business and financial information to draw appropriate conclusions and make timely decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 1 year of financial analysis experience, especially in a Finance business partner capacity.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, preferably in the software/technology sector.
  • High degree of Excel expertise and working knowledge of an enterprise-level financial planning system.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Itasca, IL.

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
