What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, educating them on treatment methods and clinical outcomes.
• Navigate complex insurance workflows, including eligibility verification and managing Single Case Agreements.
• Advocate for families by coordinating with internal teams and pushing back against insurance representatives when necessary.
• Manage help desk tickets and maintain precise records in the CRM while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Pilot new workflows and provide feedback to refine team processes.
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks and optimize daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and available to work 11am-7pm Eastern time.
• Proven experience in customer or patient-facing roles handling difficult conversations.
• General health insurance knowledge including billing, verification, and eligibility.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and handling Protected Health Information.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or ZohoCRM.
• Strong collaborative spirit and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
